NZME brings together New Zealand’s leading radio, publishing, digital and e-commerce brands. The project scope involved merging multiple sites (approx. 28,000m2) into the new 8,500 sqm office.
This award winning interior combined NZME’s three core businesses of radio, newspaper and digital into one integrated presence. Each radio brand was allocated prime exterior-facing locations to engage with their audience. The company’s brand is subtly threaded through the fit out from the diagonal carpet design to the staff-inspired glazing graphics.
Consulting to 4WoRK, PJM provided project management services and was responsible for the project delivery of this integrated fit-out, including design management, procurement, budget, programme, consenting and construction observation.
