Medical environments have plenty to consider when selecting a suitable floor, thankfully Duracore®Lifestyle met the brief for OMS Specialists, an oral, jaw and facial surgery in Newmarket, Auckland.

Designer Nicole Cobb wanted a beautiful floor that looked and felt like timber but one which would handle the practical day to day demands of a busy medical center. A seamless connection between the calm and serene reception area and the hardier medical areas was a high priority. A key design detail meant transition bars were not acceptable, thankfully Duracore®Lifestyle (Akaroa) can be laid across 400m2 without them.
