A long-time client of ours was ready to sell their family home. But first the outdoor area didn’t really flow with the rest of the house, and was unsafe for children being over 1m above ground with no balustrades.

Scope of work included:   

• Build a new terraced, pine deck, with handrails and balustrades
• Build a new bench seat around the existing pavement area.
• Build a custom pergola over the spa area, with corrugated clearlite.
• Removed 2 corner windows and install 2 new bi-fold doors - creating far better access and flow out to the newly renovated spa and deck area.
