This project perfectly blends innovation and elegance—designed by the talented team at Clever Design and brought to life by Delaney & Co. Builders. This exceptional home showcases our frameless glass cavity sliders in a way that transforms the living experience.
At the heart of this stunning home, our oversized frameless glass doors encircle the living area, offering a unique combination of privacy and acoustic insulation. These doors effectively minimize noise from traveling through to the bedrooms, creating a peaceful retreat within the home. Yet, because they’re made of clear glass, they allow natural light to flood through, ensuring that the space remains bright and airy. The interplay of light from the grand windows and skylights further enhances the beauty and spaciousness of this central living area.
Throughout the bedrooms, bathrooms, walk-in robes, and media rooms, our zero clearance cavity sliders with square set jambs have been seamlessly integrated. The sleek design aligns perfectly with the architectural square lines that define this home, adding to its contemporary appeal.
This house is not just a visual masterpiece but also a recognized one, having won six HIA awards, including the prestigious Tasmanian Home of the Year and Bedroom of the Year (over $30,000). It’s a testament to the synergy between thoughtful design, expert craftsmanship, and our innovative sliding door systems.

Our passion towards our customers reflects the ethos of our family-owned and operated business; we support each other and our clients with honesty and respect. This is our point of difference. We don’t just aim to be one of the leaders in cavity doors, we aim to be one of the best in service, too. That’s why our customers continue to work with us and speak so highly of our products and staff.
The idea for Triline Quality Door Systems was born in 1996 when founder and home builder, Stuart Colledge, noticed that there was no easy way to obtain pocket sliding doors in Tasmania. After a few years of extensive product research, design and development, Triline launched its first cavity sliders in a leading hardware store in Hobart. Over the next eight years our output increased steadily and by 2004 we outgrew our facilities. 2005 saw us expand to a larger premises and, as a result, we have significantly increased our production output.
With more space and the passion to go further, we overhauled and re-designed our cavity pocket system. After much refinement and consultation with our customers, the Phoenix™ cavity slider was formed. We continue to grow and improve our product range to give our customers more options and avenues for creative exploration in internal sliding doors. We also seek ways to better construct our cavity sliding doors to ensure our customers have the latest in architectural design and material performance.
