These Onehunga homeowners wanted to extend their home and rework the layout as it was dated and nonfunctional for their family. Updating a heritage home has its challenges, but Renovation Partner Corey Rambhai managed the entire project.
With only two bedrooms left untouched, the scope of this renovation was massive. Highlights include a brand new laundry room, a beautifully updated kitchen, and an expansive extension complete with polished matai floors throughout.
Improved indoor-outdoor flow and a new open-plan layout allow the family to entertain and fully enjoy the home.
