A home that showcases innovative materials and thoughtful country living.
Set on a rural Paerata site, this home blends contemporary design with tranquil country living. Built from Porotherm structural clay blocks,
it combines durability, sustainability and excellent thermal performance. Soft grey and natural tones flow throughout, highlighted by the Sandstone Grey Espan roof, textured Rockcote plaster and vertical shiplap cedar cladding, while a lush garden frames the sheltered turning circle and entry.
