Peavey Residence I
This single storey weatherboard cottage was adapted to accommodate a growing young family.
The retention of the original front two rooms were annexed by the stairs which delineated the new ground floor living areas and upper floor master suite from the orignal dwelling.
It’s formal gesture played on the cottage vernacular of the existing house and its immediate neighbour.
