Introducing Point Piper, Wentworth Ave, a stunning modern renovation project completed in 2015 by One Up Building. The challenge was to transform a disjointed collection of old buildings into a functional and inviting family home with breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour.  Working closely with architects Tobias Partners, the design focused on enhancing circulation, thermal performance, and solar access while preserving the existing character of the property. The innovative solution involved cutting the house in two to improve flow and bring light and warmth deep into the living spaces without compromising on natural light in the courtyard. The result is a seamless blend of old and new, creating a harmonious living environment for the homeowners.  One Up Building's expertise in renovations shines through in the meticulous attention to detail required to bisect and reconnect all essential services, ensuring the home's functionality was maintained throughout the transformation process.
