Pottsville: A modern residential masterpiece completed in 2023, featuring stunning sandstone walls, high-end finishes, and the largest swimming pool of the year, recognized with the 2024 MBA Excellence in State Award for Housing.
Introducing Pottsville, a modern masterpiece completed in 2023 by One Up Building in the Northern Rivers region. Led by our esteemed Northern Rivers Director, Nathan Wethered, this project set a new standard in residential construction. The Pottsville Retreat was not just a house, but a winner of the prestigious 2024 Master Builders Association (MBA) Excellence in State Award for Housing (Residential).
The judges were captivated by the stunning sandstone feature walls and exceptional design of this single-level home. With high-standard finishes and a large internal footprint, Pottsville also boasted the largest swimming pool of the year. At One Up Building, we take pride in delivering excellence in every project, setting the bar high in the industry. Pottsville is a true testament to our dedication to quality and innovation in modern residential construction.
