Key to the villa’s transformation was the use of South Pacific Timber’s Garapa Decking & Screening. This durable hardwood not only adds a stunning golden hue to the outdoor living areas but also ensures longevity and resistance to the elements—ideal for the unpredictable Auckland climate. The Garapa decking seamlessly extends the indoor spaces to the outdoors, creating a versatile and inviting entertainment area.

To maintain the villa’s classic character, Colonial Mouldings were installed throughout, adding a touch of elegance to doorways and ceilings. For the exterior, Rusticated Weatherboards were chosen to restore the villa’s original charm while providing superior durability. An H3.2 Clear Radiata Pine Weatherboard was used, to match existing and provide an extended lifespan for the envelope.

Externally, Dressed Clears were used for bespoke finishing touches seen in balustrades and capping. Again, an H3.2 Clear product chosen for longevity.
