Revitalization of a residential pool area in Hutt Valley, featuring an upgraded pool house with new bathroom and changing facilities, enhanced outdoor dining and entertaining spaces, and modern landscaping for a luxurious resort-like environment.
This brief for this project was to revitalize a tired and outdated swimming pool area at a residential address in the Hutt valley. An existing pool house needed an upgrade to include a new bathroom and changing facility, and to modernize the dated existing building. The clients also desired more shade, space for outdoor dining and entertaining and replacement of all paved surfaces. to create a fresh and modern pool environment. We provided several conceptual options exploring possibilities for the refurbishment of the existing building, construction of new landscaping structures, replacement of hard surfaces and planting to create an integrated, luxurious, and modern resort like facility.
