Poplar Grove Winery: A collaborative design and construction project in Canada, showcasing Apollo's expertise from conceptual design to final landscaping, ensuring a seamless partnership and successful realization of the winery's vision.
CLIENT: Poplar Grove Winery
LOCATION: Canada
Poplar Grove hand picked Apollo after a world wide search for the most suitable and experienced winery design and construction specialist.
Apollo’s role on the new winery has been significant and included an active involvement in the projects feasibility and challenging the owners on the ‘real’ project objectives after several design concepts were developed and proved far too costly.
The stunning new winery is testament to a true partnership between Poplar Grove and Apollo on all aspects of the winery from the initial conceptual design through to the final finishing and landscaping. Apollo’s role was all encompassing taking responsibility for everything relating to the project from design, City approvals, suppliers and contractors through to plant commissioning.
