A Luxurious Foundation. Our clients, having spent years in luxury hotels worldwide, sought a home that blended high-quality finishes with understated luxury. While they loved the architecture and location, the house lacked character. The brief was clear: redesign key areas, furnish the space, and make it truly their own. They envisioned soft colour palettes, natural stone, and warm timbers, allowing us to push design boundaries while maintaining a harmonious flow. Soft curves were introduced throughout the design to enhance comfort and cohesion. A key element in bringing their vision to life was the choice of VidaSpace timber flooring - VidaPlank Sandstone. Its warm tones and subtle texture provided an organic contrast to the home’s modern architecture, grounding the space with both visual appeal and tactile comfort. This flooring ties together each room, offering a natural, timeless luxury that complements the design. The kitchen and scullery were central to the design. The island, placed as the heart of the open-plan space, serves as both a cooking and social hub, seamlessly transitioning from day to night. The hidden scullery, accessible through a discreet door, offers ample preparation and storage space, maintaining the home's sleek, uncluttered aesthetic. By combining VidaSpace's VidaPlank Sandstone timber flooring with natural stone and soft curves, we created a home that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Each space flows naturally, designed to be functional yet elegant, reflecting the clients’ lifestyle. This transformation took a house devoid of soul and turned it into a home filled with warmth, comfort, and understated luxury.
