New Rebel X Retail Store

Rebel Sport and Rebel X brings together two retail concepts under one roof, creating a destination that redefines the traditional sporting goods experience. Delivered by Waide Commercial Construction, the project combines large-format retail with a highly considered customer environment, balancing operational functionality with a strong brand-led design outcome. Located within a busy retail precinct, the fit-out was designed to showcase both the scale of the Rebel Sport offering and the more curated, premium experience of Rebel X. Open sightlines, carefully planned circulation routes and layered merchandising environments work together to create a seamless journey through the store, encouraging exploration while maintaining clarity and ease of navigation. For Waide, the project required precise coordination across multiple trades within a live retail environment. High-quality finishes, specialist lighting, extensive services integration and detailed brand elements all demanded careful planning to ensure the final result aligned with the retailer's vision and operational requirements. Behind the polished customer experience sits a significant level of construction and logistical coordination. From programme management through to installation sequencing, the project required a disciplined approach to deliver a large-scale fit-out within a tight timeframe. The completed store reflects the evolving role of physical retail, creating a space that is as much about experience as it is about product. Through careful execution and attention to detail, Waide Commercial Construction delivered a retail environment that supports both brand identity and customer engagement at every scale.
