Departing from the conventional modern office tower typology, SEEK’s headquarters introduce a distinctive aesthetic to inner-Melbourne. Steel Framing Systems provides a structural foundation for the visionary design, which spans seven stories to create a workspace adaptable to evolving employee needs.

Certified with a 6-Star Green Star rating, the building’s sustainable tenants ensure its enduring compatibility with the surrounding environment. The striking brick facade and dual-arch architectural elements underscore the building’s unique character, which was acknowledged with an Outstanding Achievement award in the Commercial Architecture category at the 2022 Victorian Architecture Awards.

Studco Engineering translated Hassell’s vision for a bespoke office space inspired by Cremorne’s historical masonry into reality. Meticulous installation and efficient construction were facilitated by Studco’s comprehensive technical plans.
