Thoughtful St Kilda home extension featuring a second level for beach views, a renovated open plan living area, and a blend of traditional leadlight windows with modern functionality.
Located in popular St Kilda, a thoughtful extension by Hedger Constructions created a second level on the existing home, providing sought after beach views, to add value and lifestyle enjoyment. With space at a premium the property was thoroughly renovated and extended, creating a light filled open plan kitchen, dining and living area which opens onto an outdoor deck, ideal for entertaining. The original leadlight windows and fireplaces were refurbished, blending period features into a beautiful mix of traditional style with modern functionality.
