Our client was looking to create a statement kitchen for their new build in the Canterbury countryside. Falling in love with the idea of a contemporary black kitchen, it was not until they found our Nobilia Nero Oak textured black cabinetry finish, that the look came together for this design.
The clients requested coordinated wraparound butler’s scullery to one side of the kitchen, and office to the other, with a peek of each from the living space meaning coordinated material was a must. The scullery features an enticing glimpse of the bar area with wine cooler from the living space.
The Nero Oak is the perfect finish for this entertainer's and family kitchen. The textured wood appearance has a satiny finish, is easy to clean and brings a level of warmth to the design. We incorporated Dekton in Laurent and Entzo for the kitchen benches and splashback, and used our high pressure laminates in the bar and office area.
The end result of this beautiful design adds drama to the open light and bright living and kitchen area.
