Rising above the rolling hills of the Te Arai Farm Estate, this bold black residence commands sweeping rural and ocean vistas. Its striking Nuwall aluminium cladding and matching black roof create a contemporary statement, while its clean lines and refined form allow the surrounding landscape to shine.
Set within a private gated community, the home captures uninterrupted views across farmland to the Pacific, with the Hen and Chickens Islands visible on the horizon. Thoughtful design ensures every window, terrace, and living space connects intimately with the outdoors, blending modern luxury with natural beauty.
Constructed by PR Builders, whose expertise brings precision and finesse to every detail, the house balances dramatic presence with a sense of calm and seclusion. At once stylish and serene, this home is a retreat that celebrates its remarkable site, offering a lifestyle defined by privacy, elegance, and connection to the extraordinary Te Arai landscape.
