The Aston
Historically dominated by car sales yards, the Great North Road ridgeline that forms the boundary between Grey Lynn and the boutique suburb of Arch Hill is the perfect site for quality residential intensification. Construkt were quick to recognise the area’s potential, engaged by Holdam Ltd, they created The Aston – a quality 32 apartment development above 1000m2 commercial space at ground floor.
The site has views to the Waitakere Ranges in the west and the Waitemata Harbour to the north, and with its white façade and distinctive louvres has become a landmark of Great North Road’s ongoing revival.
