The site slope and southerly orientation provided quite a challenge to the design team. A design evolved with five interlinked buildings arrayed to fi t with the rolling height plane. This allows all apartments to enjoy the lake and mountain views. The walkways in combination with the major site walls and landscaping capture and distribute the precious north sun.
The development includes 89 Rees Apartments configured in 160 key combinations. Subsequently completed 5 luxury lakefront villa’s also incorporated in The Rees.
