Positioned thoughtfully on the property, the cottages maximize views while ensuring privacy between each dwelling. A gracefully curving drive connects all three cottages, seamlessly integrating the development with the Kauri Cliff s Lodge and Golf Course.

Mindful re-vegetation efforts have been undertaken to reintroduce native species while preserving scenic vistas from the cottages. Meticulous sculpting of the landform around the cottages further enhances their integration into the unique landscape.

Each cottage boasts three master suites with private bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, an additional guest room, a formal entry, a spacious main lounge, and dining hall, as well as a main kitchen with a butler’s pantry and chef’s kitchen. The expansive main veranda leads to a deck enveloping a private pool, offering sweeping views of the golf course and coastline beyond.

TEAM spearheaded the architectural documentation process, from consenting to construction, providing invaluable on-site support to both the client and contractor.
