A serene coastal sanctuary crafted for family life, connection, and lasting memories.
A contemporary beach house designed for a professional family seeking a sanctuary to create lasting memories. Nestled into a challenging sloping site, the home carefully frames bush, mountain, and ocean views while maintaining privacy and a sense of calm.
The four-level design (two storeys) takes full advantage of the terrain, separating family and private zones while promoting an easy, open-plan flow for everyday living and entertaining. Distinct kid and adult spaces ensure functionality without compromising connection.
Clad in low-maintenance black Colorsteel and blonde cedar, the home subtly recedes into its surroundings, balancing modern sophistication with a relaxed, coastal aesthetic. The result is a polished, contemporary beach house perfectly aligned with the family’s lifestyle and love of the landscape.
