The site for this two unit development forms part of the Euskara master plan and subdivision. The apartments are stacked, with the lower three bedroom unit accessed from Rendall Street and the upper two bedroom unit accessed by an internal road.

The canted roof form hangs in suspension over two solid forms distinguished by varying materiality, and a central glazed entryway separates the structure. Fixed louvres are carefully placed in between the upper level and the sloping road to ensure privacy.
