Wainui Estate

Madison Park Homes built our 'Dream Home' for us in 2020-2021. The decision for us was a simple one. Their professionalism, attention to detail, relaxed approachable easy-going manner helped us achieve our goal of building our family home. This was our first experience of building. We have and would again highly recommend Madison Park Homes to anyone wishing to engage a builder in a project that requires excellent team work, quality workmanship and above all effective communication, which ensured we were kept well informed and involved throughout the whole project. Throughout the process of building our house the site was always kept clean and tidy and completed in the allocated time frame. If building in the future we would definitely want Madison Park Homes to complete the project for us as our experience has been positive and rewarding in many ways.
