Wing Kitchen.

The Wing family of tables, conceived as a hybrid collection for living between work and home spaces has been enlarged in order to open to a new environment: the kitchen. The iconic design preserves its uniqueness characterized by the trestle structure, the light top and the central channel for the organization of accessories that is enriched with new features, supporting the longitudinal lamp, housings for condiments or accessories and a system of shelves. One side is equipped for preparation and cooking - with burners, sink, oven and storage elements - the other is a free top for eating. This island is in fact conceived to be the living heart of the room where it’s placed (domestic in the smaller versions, but also for shared spaces of workplaces) a catalyst for convivial relationships and activities. With the support from Frigo2000 we discovered the latest generation of appliances such as the hob with integrated aspiration BORA - to link its essential design dialogue with the warm texture of the wooden table and its soft shapes in a balanced contrast between technology and material. The lightness, the original distinctive feature of the Wing, is not compromised by the addition of the lower containing elements and the perception of an operating table remains unaltered.
