This grand home in the heart of Woburn had undergone an extensive renovation several years earlier. Now it was time to start updating sentimental pieces of furniture to suit the newly refurbished home. We found gorgeous velvets in modern grey tones to compliment the strong reds and burnished orange shades. The beautiful soft grey velvet we chose for the large square ottoman was a contrast to the existing colour scheme yet it was the perfect choice to create balance.  

We fell in love with the light grey velvet with red and orange design for the traditional wing back chair and rectangle ottoman. The fabric  created a connection between the modern and traditional elements in the room, creating a well-balanced and harmonious scheme. 

The beautiful chaise lounge that graces the entrance foyer has strong sentimental value to the family and it was a privilege to be asked to help have it re-upholstered. Only a special fabric would do and we found a beautiful gold velvet to bring this gracious piece back to its former glory. 

Upstairs in the Master Bedroom we continued the soft grey theme and had curtains made in soft linen with a modern ombre effect, starting with a  crisp white header flowing into a deeper shade of warm oyster grey. They modernise the space and compliment the grey interior scheme with black accents.
