Completed in 2004, the apartment block holds 56 three-bedroom apartments over four levels, each with two basement parking spaces.
Signature panels of louvres on the balconies allow residents to customise the lighting, ventilation and privacy of their living spaces; each of the sliding panels can be moved to make the most of wind direction, sun and the dramatic park and city views, or adjusted to make the balcony an extension of the interior private space.
