Multiple national hospitality store fit-outs, executed by Studio Gaxa.

Zues Street Greek at the time of this fit out was 5 year old and required a refresh. Community and hospitality are at the heart of Zues. Studio Gaxa Director, Katherine Koulizakis worked with the owner to execute a design that was true to the brands philosophy and manifesto.

When organising the installation elements, Studio Gaxa sourced items from Greece to bring the homage and authenticity to the brand so it would translate across every element of the Zeus Street Greek brand .

Studio Gaxa submitted an application on behalf of the owners for outdoor and alfresco dining via the City of Sydney. The alfresco area incorporated timber paired with a classic Mediterranean minimalist-chic approach to decorating to bring to life the atmosphere of the Greek coast in the heart of Sydney.
