PHNX is a residential project designed for modern living, inspired by the resilience and rejuvenation symbolised by the phoenix. This development integrates duplex units to maximise natural light and encourage a community spirit among residents. Situated to take full advantage of its environment, PHNX combines private and communal outdoor spaces, aiming to be more than a home but a sanctuary of simplicity and renewal.

Incorporating white axon cladding, black trims, timber accents, and concrete blocks, the architectural design balances modern aesthetics with natural elements. It focuses on sophistication through simplicity, energy efficiency, and a colour palette that emphasises purity and warmth.

Targeted at discerning individuals and families seeking a balance of contemporary design and natural ambiance, PHNX offers a unique living experience. It’s a testament to the project’s spirit of enduring resilience, designed to foster a harmonious living space that respects the past while embracing the future.

We collaborated with a team of skilled consultants to successfully realise this interior design project along with GRAPHIO AM as the builder designers. We were engaged by the client before the submission of the Complying Development Certification to oversee the implementation of the overall building form, look and feel of the building. The project is set to be listed for sale with a local agent upon completion. Therefore, understanding the property market demands, analysing the resale value, and ensuring not to overcapitalize on the project was imperative to the design brief.
