This modest sized artful home comprises two simple gable pavilions that plays on the simple barn form. Clad in Ebony black SolarRib with crisp white contrasts. The home sits amongst suburban homes with a rural outlook yet achieves a standout presence to its surrounding.
Sitting amongst suburban homes with a rural outlook over Pukekohe, this modest, artful abode demands attention – and rightly so. Featuring two gable pavilions (playing on a simple barn form) as a base, the exterior is clad in ebony black ribbed metal which contrasts beautifully with the fresh white interior for a clean, sleek and modern take on the traditional gable-style home.
We believe a lot can be achieved with a little, so every area of space is maximised (from large sliding doors revealing a sunlight-drenched outdoor living area to the open-plan kitchen designed for seamless cooking and socialising) to complement the wide-open views beckoning you from every angle.
