Dulux Avista® Waterbased Sealed Surface Primer allows for better adhesion of the Dulux Avista Concrete Sealer Waterbased Tintable Base with existing acrylic coatings. It is designed to create a strong bond to previous coats, thereby building a longer lasting system using the Dulux Avista Concrete Sealer Waterbased Tintable Base. It is low odour, easy to apply and fast drying.
