NZ building code allows a single story unit without sanitary facilities, cooking facilities or potable water to not require building consent.

With this in mind IQ can offer custom sized containers measuring 4m x 2.4 meters ideal as a sleepout or office.  

Fully lined and insulted featuring double glazed aluminium ranch slider entry, LED lighting and NZ 240v powerpoints.

These units are manufactured in China to save on costs and can also be fitted out with innovative dual-purpose furniture to make the most of space.     

The unit photographed here features a single bed which folds down over a desk and a wall unit which can fold into a couch or bed. An attractive matching storage unit is also provided. An ideal office with guest seating that can double as a sleepout with 2 single beds if & when required.

These units only require supporting on their 4 corners so can rest on timber blocks or concrete paving slabs and connect to your sites existing power via a caravan type connection lead.
