This home is situated on Kawau Island Avenue, Manly Beach, and was designed and built by none other than Ze Build Founder and Director Zane Dykman. Zane’s design first and foremost had to be practical for his young family. This meant having a curved ramp that led from the driveway to the house which reduced any trip hazards along the way. The backyard features a hardwood decking which was levelled with the lawn in order for the kids to make the most of the outdoor area.
The home is situated on a corner site and enjoys dual access from the road. The outdoor area is exposed to all day sun with large mature trees providing shelter when needed. The living area has three sliders and a pitched ceiling which when combined, creates a light, bright and airy feel with prime indoor/outdoor flow.
With Manly Beach only 300 metres down the road, Zane and his family's wonderful home has a modern Kiwi bach feel to it, but in the heart of Manly.
