Deciding they’d had enough of their dated 80s living room, the homeowners approached Dave Georgetti with plans to upgrade their entire home, beginning with the living room. The dated 80s room has now become a brilliant modern space for family time and entertaining. The kitchen features a white stone benchtop, a glossy white subway-tiled splashback, and tasteful cabinetry with character handles. Improving the indoor-outdoor living flow, the outdoor area is a family favourite, complete with what the family has dubbed the “gin deck”. Access from the lounge through full-height doors also allows great garden and swimming pool views. This project is brought to you by Renovation Partner Dave Georgetti from Refresh Renovations. Suppliers: Gib, Tiles Tile Depot, Building materials Noel Leeming, Batts Disclaimers: All Refresh Renovations franchises are independently owned and operated. “I was given a fresh look at our home through the eyes of a Refresh consultant. She not only gave me her recommendations for immediate ways to take the house forward now, cost effectively, she also suggested a modification for the bathroom upstairs, should I get less mobile. Her visit has made us feel enthusiastic to get on and put her recommendations into effect soon. We have already written to seek quotes from recommended providers.”
