A Thoughtful Heritage Home Update In Freemans Bay

Renovation Partner Dave Georgetti was in charge of this Freemans Bay cottage renovation. Being a heritage home, going from two to three bedrooms would be challenging due to council restrictions. By increasing the roof height, a new master suite fit in the unused attic space, satisfying both the homeowners and the council.
The entire living level was updated and the layout reworked to take advantage of the natural sunlight and create better flow. On the exterior, a new veranda elevates the cottage’s curb appeal.
