Originally named ‘Primula’, this 1920’s heritage terrace home sits in the cosy back streets of Armadale. The brief was to refresh and modernise this home. Large skylights bring in an abundance of natural light, which in conjunction with the soft neutral palate, creates a calming home environment.
A new small, yet efficient kitchen becomes the heart of this home. This is then surrounded by clever storage solutions which hide away the integrated fringe, pantry and study. The bathroom and laundry were also reconfigured and upgraded to maximise the very narrow and restricted space on offer.
This humble renovation brings new life into this small family home.
