Fink House
Built in 1963, this heritage listed, modernist beauty is an iconic example of mid-century design. Named after the original owner, has serviced as a large, open plan family home for over 60 years. The brief was to retain that modernist charm, whilst modernising and upgrading the house to bring it into the 21st century
New double-glazed windows, solar panels, contemporary kitchen, and reconfigured bathrooms were all part of the brief. Bringing many more years of amenity and life to this house.

ECA was established in 2019. The work of the practice encompasses architecture, interior design, urban design and landscape. Every project is carefully crafted to meet the budgetary and functional objectives of the client.
