Banh Mi Caphe
In the same way the French quarter in Hanoi is a composition of two cultures colliding - the restaurant interior fitout for Banh Mi Caphe also presents the collision of these two cuisines. The flagship bar and restaurant in The Riverbank Lane is a vibrant fitout that neatly mixes Asian and industrial elements with touches of Vietnam's French colonial era to create this fresh restaurant interior.
We worked closely with owners Pat and Anh to develop a clear and true story for their new restaurant. From the early concept sketches and full 3D design to the project management of custom furniture and fittings we celebrated with Pat and Anh as they cut the ribbon at the opening party.
