Callavate managed the entire process for this project, from concept to completion, including site works, completed build with finishings and some of the landscaping.

The goal for our clients' was to relocate from Auckland to a small country town to create a rural lifestyle for their young boys, and build their ‘dream family home'. Callavate worked together with their clients for approx. 12 months prior to building, to assist in sourcing their desired property, and once the perfect property was found on an historic vineyard, rigorous testing was required to allow a build to commence.

Callavate then worked with the client to find the perfect plan from our plan range that maximised their beautiful lifestyle property overlooking the neighbouring dairy farm, and also incorporating their specific input into the design features.

Positioning the stunning large designer home on a built-up hill allowed a view over their pool area which was developed alongside the build. With so much thought put into every little detail by our clients, and working together as a strong team, made this project such an enjoyable experience.
