Callavate provided a house and land package for this property, which included a stunning lifestyle section overlooking the Hunua ranges in the distance. Callavate owners weren't ready to sell this section which was located on their farm, but the clients heard about it and fell in love, and were therefore provided the opportunity to work with Callavate to design a home they desired.

The goal for our clients' was to build their ‘dream home' that allowed space for their animals, working from home and developing a large landscaped garden. They also wanted to work with the builders as an extra set of hands, and fit-off a lot of the interior themselves… so Callavate agreed to the onsite help and also left the painting, flooring, scullery cabinetry, door handles, lining the garage, etc for completion in their own time, and reflected this in the final price. Callavate also arranged a separate consent for the rumpus room/garage so that it could be built at a later date when funds were available.

It was tough for us to handover an incomplete home, but we were happy that this is just another way Callavate can provide a solution uniquely suited to each client.
