Lakeside has been a development that Callavate has advocated for since its inception. At this stage, we arranged two section sales for local investors to pursue under our guidance, and once title was received, the houses were underway.

The goal with this lakefront property and house design was to set a benchmark in the development for the level of design and price expectations. Callavate are very happy with the result of this stunning home overlooking the water, and look forward to seeing the development grow further.

The sale of the section at 45 Whites Way was facilitated by Callavate, along with the management of a stunning 194m2 designer build. We engaged Key2 to sell the house and land package, which resulted in achieving multiple offers in the first week and onselling shortly thereafter. Our first-time investors were very happy with the result and would like to continue this process on an ongoing basis with Callavate.
