This New Build in Mellons Bay was the outcome of months of thoughtful planning and input of great ideas from our clients. From the design stage through to completion our clients chose to be involved each step of the build so that they could achieve their desired home.

Featuring impressive stone clad entry pillars, large open space living, modern kitchen with butlers pantry, an imported free standing spa bath from Australia, ducted air conditioning and smart lighting system throughout, this home is an example of the quality and care that can be expected from our team at Taylor Construction. Working closely with the clients throughout the build we managed to fulfil their expectations of what their family home should be.

The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, powder room, double garaging and even a play ground for the children.

We would like to thank the clients for the opportunity provided to work with them to create their new home, and for trusting us to build and deliver them a quality home in which they can enjoy.
