Clarkville Colonial Home

This two-story colonial-style home is nestled at the end of an established oak driveway. The owners came to us with the full plans and chose to build with us due to our experience with architectural homes and our professional service and processes. On the exterior, this house features a plaster render, aluminium colonial style windows, ‘Viking’ tiled shingle roofing and rounded feature windows. Inside, there is extensive timber flooring, coffered ceilings, a colonial stairwell, a large country kitchen, pantry and attached (temperature controlled) wine store. The large colonial windows and exterior doors let in lots of light and flow out towards the large gardens and pond. Upstairs you wake up to the beautiful rounded windows which perfectly frame the rural views. “The most fundamental thing would be the quality of your builders… They’re just fundamentally good people that give a damn about the job and it really comes through. I can imagine how it would have been if we hadn’t had you guys involved, it would have been dire. You have made it into a pleasure.’”
