This Mount Maunganui family of four were wanting to make best use of both the indoor and outdoor space. A massive renovation on this 2 storey home, which flipped the spaces from upstairs to downstairs, achieved just that!

The renovations applied to the home itself, but also included building a garage wing extension and perfecting the outdoor space.
