The Elizabeth Street project involved the creation of a modern single-storey extension that added a spacious new master bedroom, a stylish ensuite, and a custom-designed walk-in wardrobe.
A standout design detail was the transition from the home’s original Summerhill stone cladding to a board-and-batten finish — offering a fresh, contemporary look while maintaining harmony with the existing structure.
One of the more technical challenges in this project was integrating the new build into the existing flat roofline with a parapet and internal gutter system. Our team carefully redesigned the junctions and detailing to ensure a seamless visual transition and long-term weather protection.
