Its design showcases a receding first floor, gracefully harmonizing with the surrounding residential streetscape, a mark of thoughtful integration. Discreetly tucked away from the street, the play areas provide a safe haven for children to explore and engage in creative play. As one steps inside, they are greeted by a central, light-filled stair and lift lobby, radiating an atmosphere of brightness and openness. A charming piazza awaits, offering direct views of the meticulously landscaped play area.
