“The Congregational Christian Church of Samoa hired Fair & Square Building Services Ltd to construct a new manse for our Minister and family [in Newton]. We had the recommendation of our architect and QS who advised that Fair & Square was a well-respected Construction Company in the Wellington District, that they were competitive in the small to medium project sector and are experienced low/medium rise construction builders and project managers. Their track record completing projects is very good. All this advice proved to be true. Fair & Square provided advice during the design phase to ensure we got value for money in the products and subcontractors used, provided project updates every 3 to 4 weeks during the construction period, negotiated the delays and constraints of the first COVID Lockdown with minimal impact for the Church as the client.”
