Hamilton Road Bathroom
A leak in our clients shower was what lead to this project coming to life. We tore out the existing retro-fitted bathroom, which had lasted 30 years since it's previous renovation. Regardless of the leak, the bathroom was tired and crammed - the perfect opportunity to make the space more comfortable and useable.
75% of the existing bathroom was sitting on a floating floor, so by lowering the floor back down and dropping the plumbing below the concrete slab, we were able to give the entire space more... space.
