'Harold' in Middle Park, designed by Coy Yiontis Architects, is a striking example of innovative architectural design. The renovation addressed privacy and sun protection while enhancing the property’s aesthetic appeal. Practical considerations led to the creation of a sculptural eaves line, seamlessly integrating functionality and visual elements.

A standout feature of the project is the custom motorised vertical bi-fold screens, developed in collaboration with Shade Factor. These screens, crafted from perforated cladding panels, serve as decorative elements on the anodised aluminium façade, adding a unique architectural touch.

The result is a stunning architectural piece that meets the residents’ needs and showcases innovative design. The motorised screens provide flexibility and animation for the façade, creating captivating shadow play and enhancing the building’s visual dynamics.
