Beca asked Dasch Associates to design a space that would “engage our people” and facilitate and promote cross-functional teamwork and collaboration whilst supporting an open, collaborative style that is non-hierarchical and not too formal.
One BECA culture; foster a sense of belonging and ‘team’; a socially active environment where people want to come to work. Capture hearts and minds so people live BECA’s vision and values. Understand and appeal to a broad demographic from baby boomers to millennials. To do this we create spaces that are:

- Technologically enabled
- Incorporating environmentally sustainable initiatives
